ROUTE
- Day 1, Arrival
in Schlanders near Meran. Hand out of rental bikes and information; unguarded private parking space near the hotel.
Overnight in the 3***Hotel Goldener Löwe.
- Day 2, Meran (42 km)
Through the ETSCH valley, for the majority directly at the river, you CYCLE flat to slightly downhill through well-kept orchards with splendid views ("Ortler-group"). Through the beautiful resorts of Southern Tyrol (Tschirland, Castle Dornsberg, a.s.o.) you reach the health resort Meran.
Overnight in the 3***Hotel Aster.
- Day 3, Bozen (39 km)
You cycle beautifully on flat CYCLE TRACKS through Andrian to the ETSCH-Eisack-mouth near the imposing Castle Sigmundskron; on cycle tracks directly into the centre of BOZEN.
Overnight in the 4****Hotel Four Points by Sheraton.
- Day 4, Trento (61 km)
Further on along the Adige you CYCLE always flat to Neumarkt-Auer and to the logging dam of Salurn; passing San Michele all‘ Adige into the centre of the old council town Trient.
Overnight in the 4****Grand Hotel (near pedestrian zone).
- Day 5, Riva del Garda (53 km)
Always staying on the ETSCH CYCLE TRACK and through picturesque vineyards to Rovereto and on past San Giovanni to the LAKE GARDA.
Overnight in the 3***+Hotel Venezia or similar.
- Day 6, Verona (39 km)
Bus transfer to S. Giovanni (3 km) and by BIKE through Mori into the near Peri (close to Belluno Veronese). By train (approx. every hour/35 min.) to VERONA.

- Day 7, Journey home
to Schlanders with the VIP-bus tranfser or by train or additional overnights in Verona.
