ROUTE
- Day 1, Arrival
in Sachsenburg. Handing over of rental bikes and info. Parking space (unguarded).
- Day 2, Lake Millstättersee (48 km)
Cycle tour over Lendorf to Seeboden and on the Lake Millstättersee Cycle Track around the lake. Overnight like the day before.
- Day 3, Villach (55 km)
Today it goes along the Drava Cycle Track from Sachsenburg to Spittal, further on past Castle Rothenthurn to Paternion and Villach.
- Day 4, Lake Ossiachersee (49 km flat)
Beautiful cycle track to the Lake Ossiachersee; around the lake passing Ossiach (convent), and the vast reed areas near Steindorf to Bodensdorf. Back to Villach. Overnight like the day before.
- Day 5, Lake Wörthersee (37 km)
From Villach by bike to the most species-rich Austrian zoo, Castle Rosegg. Afterwards on over Velden to Lake Wörthersee and Pörtschach and to your destination for the day Krumpendorf.
- Day 6, Lake Wörthersee/Klagenfurt (39 km)
Into the Carinthian provincial capital (Landhaus, lindworm, aso.) and around Lake Wörthersee and back to the hotel.
- Day 7, Journey home
Back to Sachsenburg by train (approx. 1,5 h).
