in Schlanders near Meran. Handing out of rental bike and info; unguarded private parking space near the hotel.
Overnight in the 3***Hotel Goldener Löwe.
- Day 2, Meran (42 km)
In the Etsch valley, for the majority directly along the river, you cycle flat to slightly falling through well-kept fruit gardens with splendid views (Ortler-Group). Through the very beautiful holiday towns of Southern Tyrol; Tschirland, Castle Dornsberg, aso. are reached through the spa town Meran.
Overnight in the 3***Hotel Aster.
- Day 3, Bozen (39 km)
Beautiful on flat cycle tracks passing Andrian to the Etsch/Eisack-mouth near the imposing Castle Sigmundskron; on cycle tracks directly into the centre of Bozen.
Overnight in the 4****Hotel Four Points by Sheraton.
- Day 4, Trento (61 km)
Further along the Adige you cycle always flat to Neumarkt-Auer and the Salurner Klause; passing San Michele all‘ Adige into the centre of the old council town Trient.
Overnight in the 4****Grand Hotel (near pedestrian zone).
- Day 5, Riva del Garda (53 km)
Always along the Etsch Cycle Track and through the picturesque vineyards to Rovereto and further past San Giovanni to the Lake Garda.

Bus transfer to S. Giovanni (3 km) and by bike past Mori to Peri (near Belluno Veronese). By train (35 min.) to Verona.
