ROUTE
- Day 1, Arrival
into the cultural town Treves. Overnight in 3***Hotel Deutscher Hof, directly in the centre. Private parking. Handing out of rental bikes and travel documents.
- Day 2, Nennig/Perl (40 km bike, 45 train min.)
By train to the border FRA/GER. On the Moselle Cycle Track beautiful through vineyards back to Treves. Overnight stay as the day before.
- Day 3, Trittenheim/Neumagen-Dhron (40 or 48 km)
On the Moselle Cycle Track to Schweich and past the Moselle bend of Trittenheim, into the corresponding town or in the neighbouring Neumagen-Dhron. Overnight in 3***Gutshotel Galerie Riesling or Post.
- Day 4, Traben-Trarbach (56 or 48 km)
Through Bernkastel (timber framed houses) you cycle into the famous wine town.
Overnight in 3***Hotels Trabener Hof or Parkhotel.
- Day 5, Cochem (56 km)
Past the famous wine and holiday towns Bullay and Bremm you reach Cochem.
Overnight stay in 3***Hotel Weinbauer or 4****Hotel Brixiade/Triton
- Day 6, Koblenz (49km)
On the Moselle Cycle Track passing Treis-Karden into the beautiful town Koblenz.
Overnight stay in 3***Hotel Contel central and calm near the Rhine.
- Day 7, Federal Horticultural Show Koblenz (39 km)
Ticket Federal Horticultural Show incl. a one-hour Rhine ship trip and ride with the famous cable car. In the afternoon cycle tour to on the Rhine Cycle Track in direction Boppard. Overnight stay as the day before.
- Day 8, Journey home
by train or bus to Treves to the parked car.
