    Day 1,
    Arrival in Vienna; parking garage and bike distribution at the Hotel.

    Day 2, Bratislava (68/28 km)
    Through the National Park Donauauen to Hainburg and to the destination of the day. By request we offer a free boat trip with the MS Kaiserin Elisabeth from Vienna - on Saturdays – (dep. in Vienna 8:45a.m.,/arr. 11:40a.m. in Devin).

    Day 3, Mosonmagyaróvàr (45 km)
    Cycle on a beautiful bike trail to the border of Slovakia and Hungary. Through the untouched landscape of the “Schüttinsel” to the beautiful town with the Hot Springs.

    Day 4, Györ (45 km)
    Cycle in the direction of Hédervár mostly along the idyllic Danube dam to Györ - the metropolis of Hungary.

    Day 5, Komárno (64 km)
    Along the river Rába to the Hungarian/Slovakian border. On the beautiful causeway to Zlatná and the fortress city.

    Day 6, Visegrád (69 km)
    Past the Roman fort Kelemantia along the dam trail to Esztergom and Visegrád.

    Day 7, Budapest (40/57 km)
    Visit the ruins of the palace. Through the Danube Bend to Szentendre and to the destination of the day or by train from Szentendre (about € 6,- payable on the spot).

    Day 8, Return
    Reservation of additional nights or return home: Fridays and Saturdays by bus directly from the hotel. Transport of your own bike for an additional charge (see on page 18). Sundays - Thursdays by train (transport of your personal bike is not possible).

    Visegrád ist eine Stadt im ungarischen Komitat Pest, ca. 40 Kilometer nördlich von Budapest an der Donau gelegen. Bekannt ist sie durch eine auf einem Bergkegel am Donauknie gelegene mittelalterliche Burg (im slawischen Sprachraum bedeutet više grad „hohe Burg“).


    Mosonmagyaróvár liegt am Zusammenfluss der Wieselburger Donau und der Leitha, 15 km von der österreichischen und slowakischen Grenze entfernt. Die bestimmende touristische Anziehungskraft der Stadt ist das Thermalbad.


    Komárno ist eine Stadt in der Slowakei. Sie liegt an der Mündung der Waag in die Donau. Sehenswürdigkeiten: Überreste des Römerlagers Kalamanti, alte und neue Burg. Renaissancefestung aus dem 16. Jhdt und Befestigung vom Ende des 17. Jhdts.


    Die slowakische Hauptstadt kann mit zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Primatialpalast, Krönungskirche, barockes Rathaus, etc. aufwarten und ist eine Besichtigung wert.


    Die "Musikhauptstadt der Welt" (Frank Sinatra), deren Beschreibung diesen Rahmen sprengt.

    Breakfast buffet or an extended breakfast. The Slovakian and Hungarian cuisine with its hefty, savory and spicy dishes uses Chicken and beef as well as a lot of vegetables such as cabbage or peppers.


    Our e-bikes are from the companies “Schauff”, “Kettler” and “KTM eCROSS” with 7 hub gear and 24 gears, left pedal brake and comfort saddle are standard.

    Our e-bikes are from the companies KTM-Bikersfun and Marke AGATTU. They have asportive appearance and are easy to move - even without electric drive- and are easily transported in trains. The deposit for one e-bike is €180,-. It is possible to drive up to 80 km with one charging.
