The popular goose cruise on the Danube invites you to enjoy! And what could be better than a festive menu centred around the goose?
Muscat pumpkin and beetroot tartlets with goat's cream cheese and marinated strips of goose breast, a fine goose soup, crispy roast goose with red cabbage with apples, potato dumplings and glazed chestnuts - or alternatively dumplings filled with porcini mushrooms. For a sweet finish: Buchtel with vanilla sauce and pickled plums.
