With our travel insurance certificate, your customer money is secured by a bank guarantee with the Allgemeine Sparkasse Oberösterreich, one of the largest banks in Austria! Only a deposit of 10% is payable at the time of booking, the balance is due at the earliest 20 days before departure. However, if the hotel is booked independently, this insolvency insurance does not apply.
Booking changes are also possible up to 5 days before departure for a small fee. There is a rebooking fee of € 25,-/booking; or € 50,-/booking from 10 days before arrival. If a travel warning is issued for the holiday destination after the booking has been made, the booking can of course be changed or cancelled free of charge.
