Win a Danube cruise with your holiday snapshot

The organiser of the photo competition is Donau Touristik GMBH, Lederergasse 4-12, A-4010 Linz/Donau. By participating you agree to the following rules:

Eligibility

The submitted photo material must have been taken in the course of a trip booked via Donau Touristik or organized by Donau Touristik.

Picture description

Each picture must have a title, the place where it was taken, the name and the place of residence of the sender (e.g. Klaus and Margit in front of Albrechtsburg Castle, Meissen, Max Mustermann, Linz).

Image quality

The photos should be saved in the highest quality (original size) as JPG files. Photos with inserted date, other text, frames or other graphic elements will not be accepted.

Copyright

The participants assure that they own all rights of use to the submitted photos and that they do not affect any rights of third parties. Especially when depicting persons, the participants assure that no personal rights are violated and that the persons illustrated agree to the publication of their picture.

Should third parties nevertheless assert claims against the organiser due to infringement of their rights, the participants shall indemnify and hold the organiser harmless in this respect.

Rights of use

By participating in the photo competition, participants grant the organiser the right to use their submitted photos in print and online media free of charge, without any temporal or spatial restrictions.

The right of use granted also includes free use by own subsidiaries as well as by contractually affiliated partners (e.g. partner travel agencies).

By sending the photos, you agree to their publication without compensation.

The award

The prize is a Danube cruise on the MS Primadonna of 3 nights and full board in a double cabin on the main deck (bathroom with shower/WC/safe/minibar/telephone/air conditioning) from Vienna to Budapest for 2 people worth about € 910.-.

The legal process is excluded. No cash redemption possible. Voucher redemption until October 31^st 2025.

The winner will be drawn by February 2025, contacted by email and published on this page www.foto.donautouristik.com.

Only the photographer whose photos comply with the conditions of participation and whose photo we can also use to advertise our offers will take part in the prize draw.
