Route
Friday, Arrival

Individual arrival in Passau by train or car. Transfer from the Danube Touristik private parking or Passau main station to the ship. Boarding from around 16:30. Welcome snack. Departure at 19:00. with passage through the Danube loop around 21:00.

Saturday, Wachau (53 km)

Bike handover in Marbach. Along the Danube Cycle Path past Melk (famous for its abbey), and further to the wine villages of Spitz, Dürnstein, and Krems (UNESCO World Heritage).

Sunday, Danube-Auen/Bratislava (48 km)

Arrival at 9:00. Optional guided city walk of Bratislava (1 hour). Bike to Danubiana Meulensteen island, then across the Lužný Bridge and along the Danube Cycle Path to Šamorín. Ship departs at 17:00.

Monday, Puszta (55 km)

Optional tour of Kalocsa Cathedral and Baroque Bishop’s Palace (1 hour) or cycle past herds of cattle, pigs, and horses to the Baroque town of Baja. Departure at 18:00.

Tuesday, Sava Cycle Path/Belgrade (35 km)

Arrival in Belgrade around noon. Optional guided bus tour including Kalemegdan Fortress (2.5 hours). Cycle along the Sava Cycle Path to Ada Ciganlija island, Savsko jezero lake, and return via the traffic-free area "Waterfront". Ship departs at 20:00.

Wednesday, Iron Gate and Kladovo (28 km)

Arrival at 10:00. Bike to Turkish Fetislam Fortress and a winery near Vrbica/Korbovo. Evening passage through the 120 km Iron Gate Gorge.

Thursday, Silver Lake (22-44 km)

Tour of Golubac Fortress (biggest fortress in Serbia. indiv. sightseeing). Afternoon bike tour from Veliko Gradište to Silver Lake and back; if wished further on to Ram.

Friday, Metropolis of Vojvodina (46 km)

Novi Sad offers a picturesque townscape, former capital of South-Hungary; on the traffic-free cycle path to a wine tasting near Futog. Optional guided city walk including Peterwardein Fortress (3 hours).

Saturday, Duna-Dráva National Park (22-46 km)

Cycle from Mohács through the National Park to Kölked (stork museum), and on to Sátorhely memorial.

Sunday, Budapest (24 km)

Optional guided bus tour (3 hours). Bike ride to Margaret Island. Cruise through the lit Danube metropolis.

Monday, Slovak Danube Cycle Path (56 km)

From Esztergom/Štúrovo along traffic-free paths through small villages to Komárno.

Tuesday, Vienna

Disembark by 10:30. Return transfer to Passau or extend your stay in Vienna.
