Group reduction or group discount
Small groups of 4 or more full-paying guests receive a discount on the total tour price
- for 4 full-paying guests 2 %
- for 8 full-paying guests 3 %
- for groups of 15 or more full-paying guests, we will create a customised offer upon request
Booking, invoicing and payment should be made by just one travel applicant please!
Does not apply to boat trips, cycle cruises and centre-based tours (please make separate enquiry).
Reduction for children
For distance tours, 1 child with 2 full-paying adults in a double room with an extra bed will receive the following discount:
- 0 - 6 years: 100 %
- 7 - 11 years: 50 %
- 12 - 15 years: 25 %
2 children in their own double room with en-suite shower/WC receive 10 % off the holiday price!
For centre-based tours and bike cruises, special discounts may apply in some cases.
Internet discount
Bookings made via our website will be transferred directly to our booking system, and we will grant you a discount of € 10 per person (excluding winter and New Year's Eve hotel programmes).
Flexible rescheduling
Benefit from our Flexi Package: In order to offer you a cost-effective flexible option of changing dates that can be implemented at any time; a cancellation by up to 17 days before your planned arrival date can be rebooked for the following year, for a € 35 fee per booking (prices and services according to the 2025 catalogue). This is subject to prior receipt of your deposit. If you wish to re-book without a specific date, you will receive a voucher (no cash redemption) valid until 31 December 2025.
