in Nauders. Documents will be handed out at the hotel. Rental bikes (if booked) will be handed out and parked (unattended; included) directly at the Donau Touristik Infopoint. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼hotel.
Gentle climb from the hotel to Lake Reschen (approx. 5 km). Along the picturesque lake to Marienberg Monastery; continue downhill to Laatsch, Glurns and the beautiful holiday resort of Schlanders/Naturns. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼hotel.
Past Merano and Nals, to the Adige-Isarco confluence and along beautiful cycle paths to the city of arcades. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ or 4☼☼☼☼hotel on the outskirts of the city.
Cycle along the Adige to Neumarkt-Auer and the Salurner Klause. Continue to San Michele all'Adige and the centre of the old council city of Trento (cathedral, castle, Neptune fountain, picturesque townscape, numerous shopping opportunities, town hall, Roman finds, etc.). Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ or 4☼☼☼☼hotel.
Staying on the Adige Cycle Path and cycling through picturesque vineyards to Rovereto (charming town centre, monuments), you reach the secluded town of Mori, then Loppio and finally San Giovanni, which is slightly uphill; continue via Torbole and along Lake Garda to Riva/Arco. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼hotel.
Short bus transfer to San Giovanni (3 km), from where you continue the bike tour on the Adige Cycle Path, which is flat to slightly downhill, to Belluno-Veronese. After a short climb, you reach Rivoli Veronese and then take a side road directly to the hotel in Cavaion Veronese or Affi. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼hotel.
To the nearby Camuzzoni fortress river, a watercourse built 150 years ago to supply Verona's moats. With magnificent views over the Adige Valley, car-free and directly in the centre. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼hotel.
Return journey or booking of additional nights. Return transfer by bus available at an additional cost (every Friday to Sunday and additionally every Thursday from May 14th to July 5th and September 3rd to October 1st). Transfer of your own bike to Nauders possible at an additional cost of € 38,- for normal bikes and e-bikes (if bus booked through us). Return journey on other days to be arranged independently.
We recommend staying an extra night or two to explore the almost car-free city centre or visit the festival at the Arena di Verona (June 12th to September 12th).
