We booked the Altmühltal classic cycle tour last week with half board and luggage transport. I would like to thank you very much for the excellent organisation such as luggage transport, selection of hotels and restaurants for half board. The return transport by bus and bike transport also went without a hitch.

I am finally taking the time to give you some feedback on our cycle tour.
We were all very happy with the whole tour. The area is uniquely beautiful, half of the cycle paths are now tarmac (this was very different in 2010) and cycling along the river is simply unique.
The Urdonau valley from Neuburg to Dollnstein in particular has its very own charm and we were thrilled.
The hotels were very good throughout; only the lack of a lift in Neuburg and Beilngries was not only criticised by our group. But we managed to get our suitcases to the floors with our collective muscle power.

My husband had a hire bike from you. I would like to say that it was difficult to charge the battery in some of the accommodation because there were not enough sockets or the sockets were already full. But in Regensburg we were able to charge the bike in one of the conference rooms without any problems, as there were no (accessible) sockets in the underground car park.
The food provided as part of the half-board package was also excellent for the most part. It was definitely worth it again.
All in all, it was a great tour, the weather played along very well; we only got wet from sweating. We are already looking forward to planning a tour with you again next year. Keep up the good work.

I am delighted to be able to tell you that the organised cycle tour was a great success. Everything was just right: great cycle paths, good hire bikes, mostly wild and romantic countryside, very interesting towns and an appealing selection of good to very good hotels. The bike transport with the very friendly Serbian employee from Donau Radreisen also worked perfectly.
It was the first time that we had done an organised cycle tour, up to now we had always organised everything ourselves. However, we liked the offer so much that we are considering organising a tour like this again next year.

The cycle tour took us through very attractive landscapes with well-developed and signposted cycle paths. The daily distances were quite short with an e-bike, so we cycled a few additional routes. By far the best hotel was the IBB in Eichstätt. Thank you.
Altmühl discovery tour 2023

Unfortunately, my cycle tour ends tomorrow, Saturday, in Regensburg. So far it has been simply heavenly. I would therefore like to ask you whether it would still be possible to extend the cycle tour from Regensburg to Passau or Linz at such short notice
I am 73 and have never done tours like this before, I feel fantastic!
