Your booked cycle tour has been carefully prepared for you. In your travel documents you will receive a printed cycle route book and - optionally for € 10 per booking - a digital version in the form of the Fred app, which is available to you as a personal cycle guide on your mobile device.
Both the printed cycle route book and the bookable Fred app contain your customised route with all booked stage stops and destinations. In addition, you will find numerous recommendations on places of interest, places to stop for refreshments and photo spots along the route or in the immediate vicinity.

INDIVIDUAL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Both digital and printed: You will receive your personal travel documents by email 21 days before your arrival and in printed form directly at check-in when you arrive at your arrival hotel. The travel documents booklet contains all the relevant information about your booked tour:

SUITCASE BOWS
Each traveller receives two luggage tags to label their luggage safely and clearly. They contain:
Customer data: Missing details can be added to improve traceability in the event of loss.
7-digit booking number: Unique allocation of your luggage to the journey.
Booked hotels: Overview of all reserved accommodation for smooth onward booking.
Total number of pieces of luggage: Please enter the number of pieces of luggage per person.
