Travelling by train
Climate-friendly and comfortable travel from anywhere in Germany for just € 106 per person to and from the Danube, Moselle and Elbe destinations within Germany with our DB rail journey package.
ÖBB tickets from all Austrian railway stations within Austria can be booked for € 95 per person in 2nd class.
If you book in advance (at least 6 months before departure), you can take your own bikes with you for a fee of around € 7 per bike directly with DB/ÖBB.
Execution
Please state your departure station when booking. Subsequent changes are not possible. For DB tickets, you will receive your voucher code approximately 3 weeks before arrival. You select your desired connection online and receive your ticket by e-mail, which must be printed out or taken digitally. For a postage/issue fee of € 15, the railway department will select a connection for you and send you your printed tickets.
Your ÖBB tickets will be booked to a ticket number, which you will receive by e-mail approximately 2 weeks before your journey (if paid for), including printing instructions. Tickets can then be printed out at ÖBB ticket machines in (almost) all railway stations.
Cancellation fees
1. cycle tours with included rail package(ARBs)
- 50 % up to 30 days before departure
- 4 days before departure 70 %
- from 3 days before arrival or later 75 % of the tour price.
- A no-show occurs if the customer fails to arrive because he/she lacks the will to travel or if he/she misses the journey due to a coincidence. In this case, a 75% cancellation fee must also be paid.
2. ÖBB tickets
- 10 % up to 17 days before arrival
- 16-4 days before arrival 50 % and
- from 3 days before arrival 100%. Furthermore, the train ticket (if already printed out at the ticket machine) must be returned. If the ticket cannot be returned: Cancellation fee 100 %.

In the event of train delays, ticket refunds, etc., we will be happy to submit your case to ÖBB.
