Flexible rescheduling
Book with flexibility using our Flexi Package
Have your plans changed? No problem!
With our Flexi Package, you can reschedule your long-distance tour up to 5 days before arrival – for just €35 per person. Your new preferred date can even be in the following year. This allows you to remain flexible and continue looking forward to your cycling holiday.
Haven’t finalised your new travel dates yet?
In that case, when you rebook, you’ll receive a voucher for the full amount of your original booking, which you can redeem until the end of the following year.
We’d be happy to advise you personally on your options!
Important information:
Your rebooking is subject to receipt of your deposit. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
For star-shaped cycle tours, the rebooking deadline is 17 days before arrival. For cruises and cycle cruises on the MS Primadonna, you can make use of the Flexi Package up to 8 weeks before arrival. Here too, it is possible to reschedule to a date in the following year.
For our ‘Bike & Boat’ packages in Croatia, the Flexi Package also allows for a flexible rescheduling within the same year.
