We booked the Mecklenburg Lakes & Müritz National Park star bike tour with you. I wanted to write to you personally (I have already answered the survey) it was a very nice holiday, everything was super organised on your part (route information, boat trip, coffee etc.) - many thanks for that.
The hotel was beautifully situated on the Müritz, the rooms were clean, very good beds, very friendly and courteous staff. I would particularly like to mention the food, there was a tasty and lovingly decorated three-course menu every day. The breakfast buffet was extensive and everything was always refilled when something was empty.
We had our wedding anniversary on 05.05.25, my husband had ordered 2 glasses of sparkling wine for breakfast the evening before, the attentive staff responded immediately and said "we'll set the breakfast table nicely for you". I was moved to tears, the table was lovingly laid with a tablecloth and candle. We will always remember this day fondly.
So the Seehotel Zielow is highly recommended if you are looking for peace and quiet and a family atmosphere. I would also like to tell you this, because you have made a great effort after we were disappointed by the Seminaris Hotel Potzdam (food on New Year's Eve). We've been back home from Dresden since Sunday.
Our cycling holiday at the Maritim Hotel in Dresden was fantastic. The weather was great.
The tours were superbly organised, a big compliment to you and Donau-Touristik. Everything was perfectly organised with the tickets.
The Maritim is of course a great hotel and is located directly on the Elbe cycle path, which is of course great.
The bike cellar was also available this year. We were able to store our bikes safely.
I look forward to more cycle tours with Donau-Touristik.

The Saale cycle path this year was worth seeing and well signposted as far as Naumburg. Naumburg is a pearl, train connections excellent, Merseburg with its castle and cathedral an eye-catcher, the hotel well located, accessible despite roadworks, our bikes safely parked, weather was fine. We were delighted with the tour around the Geiseltalsee, wide paths and car-free.

The Hotel Nouri was super great. We made good use of the walk to the adjoining thermal spa.
The cycle map was ok.
The suggested routes were poor. But that didn't bother us. We looked for and found our own routes. We also travelled partly by car (to Strasbourg, halfway to Colmar)
We would travel with Donautours again at any time.

Here is some brief feedback on our cycling holiday to the Mecklenburg Lake District.
We (2 couples) were delighted with the Hotel Schloss Fleesensee with its very nice hotel rooms, a great spa area, a fantastic breakfast buffet that left nothing to be desired and very friendly, attentive and thoughtful service staff.
The welcome on arrival was very warm, and during our stay and at check-out the reception staff were helpful, competent and also very friendly.
We felt completely at ease and can recommend this hotel 100%.
The recommended cycle tours are very well described and we had four wonderful cycling days on the lake district, we enjoyed the two rainy days in the hotel's spa area and took a trip to the Müritzeum in Waren.
It was a wonderful cycle tour!

We had already booked this tour a few years ago and knew the hotel. It is a highly recommended hotel and a very good starting point for cycling tours.

Our cycling trip to Chiemsee was a great success, we had also booked great weather.
The hotel is really to be recommended, the room was ideal and the thermal baths next door provided a relaxing end to the day.
Everything went well with the bikes.
Beautiful views and sights of the Chiemsee and the other lakes, the Seeon monastery is well worth a visit.

We liked the hotel in Zielow, the location on the lake with the beach, swimming pool and sauna is great. We had half board and can only praise the cuisine. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The cycle paths around the Müritz are good if it doesn't rain all the time, but there is a part of the tour around the small Müritz which doesn't deserve the word cycle path.
All in all we had a lovely week.

However, I would not like to miss the opportunity to tell you that the Hotel Elisabeth in Fügen is excellent . The location, the staff, the food, the super pool are absolutely recommendable.
Kitzbühel Achental 2023

We were on holiday in Brixen Kitzbuehel from 2 July to 9 July.
This cycling holiday, a star tour, was simply excellent. The landscapes were a feast for the eyes. And true to your descriptions.
The Sporthotel was great, everyone was very friendly and it was designed for cyclists.
The opportunity to use the train for free was a positive bonus. It served us well during thunderstorms and rain.
Now that we know each other a little, we and the Mathis family have been loyal to their services for 8 years. Your catalogue always offers us a nice selection of cycling holidays and we are happy to advertise them.
To the point, while cycling we discovered a tour that we would like to share with you. On the route from Brixen to Kitzbühel, you can continue towards Aurach and Jochberg. It is also a beautiful valley with cycle paths.

I wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the star bike tour on Lake Constance with the Hotel Seeterrasse in Langenargen. You should definitely keep the Hotel Seeterrasse, because the location, the food and the service are excellent.
