Route
1. Tag, Arrival in Nauders

Travel documents are provided at the arrival hotel. Rental bikes (if booked) and complimentary parking on an unguarded car park are available directly at the Donau Touristik Infopoint.

2. Tag, Schlanders/Naturns (55/77 km)

A gentle ascent leads from the hotel to Lake Reschen (approx. 5 km). The route continues along the picturesque lakeshore to Marienberg Monastery before descending steadily via Laatsch and Glurns to the attractive holiday resorts of Schlanders or Naturns.

3. Tag, Merano (38/16 km)

The route leads through well-tended orchards and past Dornsberg Castle to the elegant spa town of Merano.

4. Tag, Bolzano (33 km)

Through vineyards to Sigmundskron Castle. The cycle path continues to the town centre, renowned for its famous arcades.

5. Tag, Trento (65 km)

Always following the Adige River, the route passes through the Salurn Gorge (the historic border between South Tyrol and Trentino) and San Michele all’Adige before continuing on dedicated cycle paths directly into the heart of the historic Council City of Trento.

6. Tag, Arco/Riva del Garda (51 km)

Following the picturesque Adige Cycle Path, you reach Rovereto, renowned for its attractive old town and historic monuments. The route then continues via Mori and the former Lago di Loppio. After a gentle ascent beyond Mori, you arrive at San Giovanni and finally at the shores of Lake Garda near Torbole and Arco or Riva.

7. Tag, Heimreise

After breakfast, individual journey home or the opportunity to extend your stay with additional nights.

Bus return trip from Riva/Arco (near the hotel) to Nauders is available for an additional fee every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as every Thursday from May 20th through June 24th and September 2nd through 30th (arrival in Nauders around 2:00 p.m.). Return transport of your own bikes costs an additional € 40,-. The remaining days are on your own.
