Day 2 – Dinkelstein Route (50 km)Cycle via Gronau and Losser along the Dinkel River to the Arboretum near De Lutte. Return through the De Oelemars nature reserve to Epe.
Day 3 – Ahaus (37 km)Follow the well-marked cycle path via Ahle to Ahaus (with its water castle). Return via Wessum and Graes.
Day 4 – Haarmühle (44 km)Ride through the Amtsvenn to the historic “Haarmühle”; return through the Weiße Venn.
Day 5 – Metelen (48 km)Head east towards Metelen. Return via the villages of Heek and Nienborg.
Active option: Detour to Ochtrup (Pottery/Toy Museum) (+10 km).
Cycle to the Dreiländersee; continue through the Gildehauser Venn to the elegant spa town of Bad Bentheim with its impressive castle, then return. Active option: Return via Gildehaus (+8 km).
Day 7 – Cheese Market in Enschede (43 km)Ride into the Dutch city of Enschede (beautiful old town) to visit the famous cheese and fish market; return via Stroinkslanden.
