Arrival every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 24 April to 11 October, plus Thursday 14 May and 4 June

Low season: 28 June to 12 July

Mid season: 24 April to 4 May, 7 June to 27 June and 10 to 31 August

High season: 8 May to 6 June, 13 July to 9 August and 4 September to 11 October

Route
Day 1, Arrival in Trier

Check into the 4☼☼☼☼hotel. Unguarded parking directly at or near the hotel (approx. €12 per day, payable on site). Your rental bike will be waiting for you at the hotel. Boat tour in Trier.

Day 2, Trittenheim/Neumagen-Dhron (40/45 km)

Along the Moselle to Schweich (ferry tower), to the Trittenheim Moselle loop and through vineyards to Trittenheim or Neumagen-Dhron (Germany's oldest wine-growing village). Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 3, Traben-Trarbach, (50/45 km)

To Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trarbach. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 4, Cochem (56 km)

Past Zell (‘Schwarze Katz’) and the Moselle loop at Bremm to the day's destination. Overnight stay in a very good 3☼☼☼ hotel. Visit to the Reichsburg Cochem.

Day 5, Koblenz, (50 km)

Cycle to Bischofstein Castle and on to Koblenz. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 6, Return journey

Return journey by train to Trier (+ € 23,- per person, no changes, approximately hourly service). Return transfer of your own bikes (standard bikes and e-bikes) for + € 38,- per night back to Trier every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (drop-off by 5 p.m. at the latest on the previous day).
