The entire old town is considered one of the most picturesque due to the many townhouses that were built between the 16th and 19th centuries and is protected as a historical monument. The numerous well-preserved Baroque and Renaissance façades, with beautiful window and portal frames, bay windows, and coats of arms and stucco decorations, give the town its distinctive charm.
