Route
Day 1, Arrival in Spittal/Seeboden

Parking at or close to the hotel. Your rental bike (if booked) will be waiting for you when checking in. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 2, Villach (50 km)

Along the Drau cycle path via Rothenthurn (castle) und Paternion to today's destination. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 3, Around Lake Ossiach (40 km)

On the Drau cycle path to the „Roten Brücke“ (= red bridge). Past the base of the imposing castle Landskron to the third largest lake in Carinthia. Forwards to Ossiach and back via Annenheim. Overnight stay like the previous day.

Day 4, Ferlach (52 km)

Past lake Silbersee, possibly with a detour to Lake Faakersee and further through the beautiful Rosental valley to the gunsmith's town. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 5, Velden at Lake Wörthersee (40 km)

Via Maria Rain to the state capital of Klagenfurt. On the cycle path along the biggest swimming lake of Carinthia - Lake Wörthersee - to Pörtschach. Gorgeous views accompany you on your way along the lake to Velden at Lake Wörthersee. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 6, Spittal/Seeboden (65 km)

Via Villach back on the Drau cycle path to Spittal or with slight elevations to Seeboden. You can individually shorten the trip to Spittal by train. Overnight stay like the arrival day in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.
