Route
Day 1, Arrival in Perl

in the border triangle of Germany, Luxembourg and France. Free public parking near the hotel. Your rental bike (if booked) will be waiting for you at the hotel.

Day 2, Trier (46 km)

Through vineyards to Nennig and on to Konz and Trier (amphitheatre, imperial baths, Porta Nigra, Liebfrauenkirche church and much more). Boat tour of Trier (1 hour). Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 3, Trittenheim/Neumagen-Dhron (40/45 km)

Along the Moselle to Schweich (ferry tower) and Trittenheim or Neumagen-Dhron. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 4, Traben-Trarbach (50/45 km)

Along the Moselle and past Piesport, Bernkastel-Kues (picturesque old town) and Zeltingen-Rachtig to Traben-Trarbach. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 5, Cochem (56 km)

Passing Zell (‘Schwarze Katz’) and Europe's steepest vineyard, the Calmont, to Cochem (Reichsburg). Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 6, Koblenz (50 km)

To Treis-Karden and past Bischofstein Castle to the mouth of the Rhine at the Deutsches Eck. Overnight stay in a 3☼☼☼ or 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 7, Return journey

Return journey by train to Perl (+ € 23,- per person, hourly service, 1 change). Return transfer of your own bikes by night train to Perl every Thursday, Friday and Saturday (drop-off by 5 p.m. the day before at the latest) for an additional charge of € 38,- for normal bikes and e-bikes.
