Route
Day 1, Arrival in Portorož

Parking available at an additional charge (approximately €15 per day).
Your rental bike (if booked) will be ready for you at the hotel.

Day 2, Piran (12 km)

Ride along the coastal road into the old town of Piran, known for its Venetian architecture.

Day 3, Sečovlje (18 km)

Cycle along the Sv. Jernej Canal to the Sečovlje Salt Pans.
The salt fields can also be explored by bicycle.

Day 4, Izola & Koper (42 km)

Cycle along the Slovenian coast to the charming old town of Izola, then continue on to Koper.

Active option: Follow the Parenzana cycle path to Muggia and take the ferry (approximately every 2 hours) directly to the center of Trieste (+30 km round trip).

Day 5, Parenzana (40 km)

Cycle along the former narrow-gauge railway line Parenzana, one of the most popular cycling routes in Europe, to Buje (Croatia), featuring a typical Mediterranean old town, and back.

Day 6, Portorož

Beach day / leisure day.

Day 7, Departure

Return journey after breakfast.
