Route
Day 1, arrival in Brunico

Parking at the hotel. Your rental bike (if booked) will be waiting for you at the hotel.

Day 2, Ahrntal (35 km, 210 m elevation gain)

Bike tour on the valley bike path along the Ahr to Sand in Taufers. There, a guided tour of Taufers Castle is on the program. Afterwards, hike to the Reinbach Waterfalls. Return to Bruneck.

Day 3, Obervintl (40 km, 480 m elevation gain)

On the Puster Valley Cycle Path, cycle along the Rienz to Obervintl. Visit the Capriz show dairy and the Lodenwelt (individual visit). Return to the hotel.

Active version: Via Mühlbach on the Puster Valley and Eisack Cycle Path to Brixen (cathedral, cloister, townscape; + 19 km), return by train (approximately hourly).

Day 4, Bruneck

Discover Bruneck, the historic capital of the Puster Valley, with its boutiques, alleys, and museums. Those who want to be active can take advantage of the weekly program offered by the Bruneck Kronplatz Card, from guided bike tours to hikes.

Day 5, Lake Tour (36 km, 43 minutes by train)

Take the Pustertalbahn railway (hourly service) to Dobbiaco (1,241 m) and Lake Dobbiaco. Return on a gentle downhill route past Lake Olang to Brunico.

Active version: Detour to Lake Braies (+ 16 km, 350 m elevation gain) or Lake Dürren (+ 9 km, + 130 m elevation gain).

Day 6, Return journey
