Route
Day 1, Arrival in Villach

Depending on availability, free public parking (Willroider parking lot on SEZ-Straße) or directly at the hotel (payable on site). Main train station parking garage (approxiametly € 68,- per week on site) or Contipark Parkhaus Zentrum underground parking garage (€ 12,- per day on site). Your rental bike (if booked) will be available for you at the hotel. Overnight stay in a 4☼☼☼☼ or 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 2, Valbruna/Tarvisio (56/44 km)

Car-free and continuous, with only a slight incline, the route takes you to the border triangle in Arnoldstein and your destination for the day. Overnight stay in a comfortable 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 3, Carnia/Venzone (59/62 km)

Today you cycle through the narrow valley of the Fella River to Pontebba and on to your destination for the day. Overnight stay in an attractive 3☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 4, Udine (63/60 km)

Partly car-free, the route takes you through the fertile northern Italy to your destination for today (a magnificent trading city). Overnight stay in a beautiful 4☼☼☼☼ hotel.

Day 5, Grado (63 km)

Passing Palmanova (Venetian fortress) and Aquileia (Roman imperial residence) to reach today's destination. Overnight stay in a charming 4☼☼☼☼ or 3☼☼☼ superior hotel.

Day 6, Return journeyPassenger return transfer

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday by bus from around 9 a.m. from the central piazza (about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel) to the arrival hotel in Villach (around 12 to 2 p.m.).
