Route
Day 1, arrival in St. Johann

Hotel parking included. Your bike (if booked) will be waiting for you at the hotel.

Day 2, Kitzbühel with Schwarzsee (32 km)

At the bottom of the valley with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser to the sophisticated Kitzbühel (762 m). Continue to the Schwarzsee nature reserve and back by bike.

Day 3, Hochfilzen and Pillersee (37 km by bike, 18 minutes by train)

Take the train to Hochfilzen (959 m) and leisurely downhill through a side valley to Pillersee, on to Waidring (778 m) and Erpfendorf (641 m). Back by bike.

Day 4, Wörgl (49 km by bike, 46 minutes by train)

To the baroque town of Brixen im Thale (794 m) and on bike paths past Hopfgarten to Wörgl (511 m elevation gain). Return by train.

Day 5, Kössental (48 km)

Mostly directly along the river on bike paths, short sections on side roads, through romantic valley landscapes to Pechtl or Kössen (589 m elevation gain) and back by bike.

Day 6, Fieberbrunn-Trixlegg (30 km)

With beautiful views of the Kitzbühel Alps, you will reach the baroque town of Fieberbrunn (790 m) along the Ache river, as well as the small village of Trixlegg. Return by bike.

Day 7, Saalfelden (40 km by bike, 36 minutes by train)

Take the train to Hochfilzen (great panoramic ride). Follow the bike path past Hütten (mining museum) to Leogang (788 m elevation gain) and Saalfelden (748 m elevation gain). Return by train. 
Active version: Bike tour to Zell am See (757 m elevation gain). Round trip around Lake Zell and back to Saalfelden (+ 38 km bike ride, slightly hilly).
