Arrival in Passau. Transfer from the car park (Donau Touristik-Infopoint) or from Passau main station (ICE 93) to the ship at 3:15 PM. The MS Primadonna departs at 4:30 PM and a snack awaits you in the restaurant. In the evening, an atmospheric welcome show awaits you in the on-board theatre.

Arrival in Krems at 1:30 p.m. Optional: In the afternoon, you have the opportunity of taking a guided city tour that includes a wine tasting at a traditional “Wirtshaus” with its own vineyards. The ship departs at Krems at 7:00 p.m. Evening entertainment in the onboard theater.

The ship arrives in Vienna at 8:00 a.m. Optional: Bus excursion to Klosterneuburg Abbey with a guided tour. Enjoy lunch on board. Optional: In the afternoon, a city tour with a stop at Schönbrunn Palace and a walk through the magnificent imperial gardens to the Gloriette (viewing pavilion). Alternatively, you can visit the palace on your own (approximately € 24 on site) or the Christmas market (open until January). Departure at 7:30 p.m.

Around midday, the ship cruises through the “Danube Bend” near Visegrád, also known as the Hungarian Wachau. In the evening, enjoy a festive 5-course New Year’s Eve menu paired with wines from the Bernard-Massard winery in Trier, Germany’s oldest sparkling wine producer. A New Year’s Eve ball featuring live dance music and entertainment ensures an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration on board. Welcome the New Year and enjoy a glass of champagne on the open deck.

Optional: Guided city tour of Budapest (approximately 3 hours). After lunch, enjoy some free time to visit the Christmas market or one of the famous cafés. In the evening, a mulled wine reception awaits you on the open deck, followed by a cruise through the festively illuminated Hungarian capital.

Arrival in Bratislava at 10:00 a.m. After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking tour of Bratislava (approximately 2 hours), including a stroll through the magnificent Pressburg Park. Departure at 6:30 p.m. After dinner, an entertainment program awaits you in the ship’s theater.

The ship arrives in Melk around 9:00 a.m. Optional: Tour of Melk Abbey. Alternatively, you may enjoy a self-guided walk through the charming town. We continue our journey at 1:00 p.m. In the evening, a farewell event takes place in the ship’s theater.

Arrival at 9:30 a.m. Disembarkation by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Transfer to the main train station (for example: ICE 28 / departing Passau at 11:34 a.m.) or to the parking lot, followed by your individual travel home.
