Monday, Münstermaifeld and Eltz Castle (36 km)Along the Moselle to Hatzenport, through the Schrumpfbach Valley to medieval Münstermaifeld, Eltz Castle and back.
Tuesday, Moselle loops (60 km by bike, 48 minutes by train)By train (approx. €10 on site) to Traben-Trarbach. Return via well-known wine-growing villages such as Zell, Bullay and Nehren (possibly by train from Cochem, approx. €10 on site; then 50 km by bike).
Wednesday, Koblenz (38 km by bike, 37 minutes by train)Along the Moselle to Bischofstein Castle and past Thurant Castle to Koblenz (admission to the fortress and return cable car ride included). Return by train (approx. €16 on site). Active version: Return by bike (+ 38 km).
Thursday, Cochem (59 km)On the Moselle Cycle Route to Cochem (admission to Reichsburg Castle). Via Ernst to the bend at Poltersdorf to Mesenich and back.
Friday, Trier or rest day at the hotelPossibly a trip by car or train to the Roman city of Trier.
Saturday, Rhine Cycle Route and Loreley (44 km by bike, 74 minutes by train)By train to Koblenz; along the Rhine Cycle Route to Bad Salzig; by bike (+ 23 km, there and back) or by boat to the Loreley and back (approx. €27 on site). By bike to Koblenz and back by train to Treis-Karden (approx. €16 each way on site).
